1) You send an offer to join ally's war
2) Ally sends you a call to arms.
3) Ally receives your offer to join the war, and accepts.
4) You receive ally's call to arms, and it is silently rejected because you're already in the war.
5) Ally detects this silent rejection as alliance breaking.
6) Although you're in the war, you lose the alliance, gain "-25 Alliance breaker" with everyone, and lose a pile of prestige.
This bug makes offering to join an ally's war extremely dangerous, as you can never predict when they're going to send you a CtA.
