[2.6.1] Why my garrison in the capital is diminished?

as seen on screenshot my garrison in my own capital is fell down to 195 men.
Next days it will rise to 240 then to 345 and then will fall back to 195.
This behavior continues for months.
But why?
No wars or plagues nearby, no modifiers on the province either.

I've seen plenty of holdings losing the garrison and the levy, but haven't seen this happening. Do you have a save game available where this happens?

Sorry, not now.
Ironman game, continued too far away after the post.
But I think I have seen this behavior even before this patch (definitely on 2.5.2 and may be early) and quite often.
If I encounter it again I'll post such save here.

I believe this is related to an issue with the liege levies of your liege actually reinforcing from your holdings. Which they really shouldn't. And it looks like your liege is currently using his levies when I load your save.

We have an existing bug report for the issue, which will hopefully be fixed as soon as possible.
