[2.6.1 UUYR] Nomad succession where the Khaganate is lost splits hordes

On succession in a nomad khaganate, if the khaganate is lost (eg because your heir is underage), all your horde units will split into separate armies; if you have a lot of them, this can cause quite severe lag.

This is true for merchant republic retinues as well. They will also split up if you lose the election and become a vassal to another patrician.
