Castle, city and temple holdings owned by the user can be renamed by typing the desired name in the holdings buildview. However, while the UI allow the user to also type custom names in tribal holdings buildview, upon exiting that window, the name is not saved.

I think this is linked to the fact that tribal holdings don't show the name like other holding, but instead use the string TRIBAL_NAME_PROV independently of the government type. (even with custom governments allowing to hold tribal holdings).

So probably both issues would be fixed just by letting tribal holdings be localised like castles and cities, thus allowing e.g. tribal_barony_of to take effect.
