[2.6.1.1][SKBW] Regions Doubled After Resigning

If you play a game, resign, and then play again from the menu, all regions appear as doubled from the button on the province interface.

Looks like resign-reload is incredibly broken at the moment. I hope the devs are making these sorts of issues a priority.
