I was playing as a muslim (vassal of the Umayyads in the Old Gods bookmark) and granted the emirate of Capua to the lord mayor of Capua because I had too much vassals and demesne. Contrarily to other times I pulled this off (this is the first time as a muslim btw, I don't have SoI that long) I didn't get the event over the rise of the Capuan patrician families and when I looked it up it appeared that all of the patrician families are called 'de Capua' with different coats of arms except the doge who pre-existed.

A kitten attracted my attention, but both the wiki and the cat devdiary seem to suggest that cats are a DLC feature, in which case you may want to fix it (otherwise those cat freaks who care only about the cats will not buy the dlc 
). It's not like reaper's due was somehow activated seeing as I couldn't mutilate the infidel in my prison (lucky him)
