I was sieging down Tunis, morale of the top holding was 1.1% when some Norse Host arrived with 1K army and the Norse commander became leader of the siege (that happens all the time, please fix). Seeing as my commander there had the siege leader trait, I moved him to another army which was sieging another province. I did not move the army first to switch leaders as you had to do in the past, I left the army sitting on Tunis 100% of the time, and it was a much bigger army than the Norse host.

The the last 1.1% of morale was sieged away and the Norse host was granted the siege ownership of the holding. Moving my siege leader commander caused this. Is this supposed to be so wonky?
