I hope this is a bug and not intentional, because it has almost been gamebreaking for me. Every time a force attacking me in a war takes a holding from me the loot they get comes from my own treasury. The problem with this that I had some twenty or so rebellions happening in the same area, which I just conquered, and they keep on seiging down the same holdings over and over again. I also am in a dozen other wars and I can't therefore properly police the area.

Why are they able to siege the same holdings "over and over again"? Are you taking them back temporarily and then losing them again? Maybe don't do that.
I smash down a rebellion, who got to take my holding. Then go back to warring. When, after a month or two, in the province right next to the previous rebellion (so a province also sieged down) a new rebellion starts. The completely depleted holding gets sieged down in a matter of days (I'm a horde btw, trying to conquer Persia and Arabia, but this keeps on happening in Khiva) they loot the thing, get back to the province where the previous rebellion started, take it also in a matter of days and the cycle continuous.

Sorry if this sounds dump and all, but it has been a year since I last played CK2 and I'm trying to get back in there. After all, I do have all the dlc...
