She never received the invitation, as she conveniently 'Died a natural death' in the few days it took to arrive.
I'm assuming this was not a coincidence, and lowborn characters with no family in AI courts are aggressively pruned as part of the optimisation.
However, characters with relationships (Concubine, Lover, Rival, etc) should definitely NOT be pruned in this way.
