[2.5.1] Wrongly named provinces

Description: I noticed some of the provinces are quite off, being named after city that lies in different province.
DLC's: All of them except Conclave and a few songs
Mods: None

• Elbe flows above, not under, Prague

• Boleslav should be named Hradec

• Hradec province should be named Pelhrimov
  Spoiler: Image

  
• Domazlice province should be named Budejovice
  Spoiler: Image

  
• Znojmo is completely off, it doesnt lie in Austria, the city on the map is Hollabrunn

• Upper Silesia should be named Liberec and be a part of de jure Bohemia

do you have any mods that change names or is there a different culture in there some names change due to culture some DLC's have these in the files. try looking and see if they changed the in game prob name may not be the same as in the files. mostly has to due with if k_moravia or k_bohemia they are the same titles just ones a title like Muslim's have. check to see if this is the case and this might be the cause.
some of them titles are still pagan and in 1066 they are in the HRE
