I was able to reproduce it. But feel free to share your save and I can look at it as well.
You can find your cloud saves at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata\<your user id>\203770\remote\save games. Or wherever you might have Steam installed.
Just upload it to any filesharing service, Google Drive, Dropbox, Mediafire etc, and link it here.
