I'm not sure quite what I'm doing wrong, but every single person who reaches the age of 16 in my games seem to end up with the worst educational trait, and sometimes not even of the type of education I've specified. Furthermore, it doesn't seem to be limited to just my realm - every character who reaches age 16 in the world has one of Naive Appeaser/Amateurish Plotter/Indulgent Wastrel/Misguided Soldier/Detached Priest.
