The save isn't corrupted or anything, council members are all loyalists. Do I need to have adviser/regent loyalists as well? (Currently don't have a regent and don't have adviser slots). This is a new game in 2.5.1 (not a game from pre-conclave).

Edit 2: Alright so I posted this question in the general thread and I was told that not having an adviser as a king is a bug so I'll attach my save file here.
Edit 3: Can't seem to upload my save file. If I try the ck2 file the forum tells me that the file extension isn't supported, if I upload a zip file it doesn't seem to work either (doesn't give me a specific error, just says there was a problem uploading). I've attached a screenshot, and included a dropbox link instead.
