Hello! While not technically a bug, it's interesting to hear your feedback. Note that it's much harder to get when starting in 769 or 867, which was the original intent. It's also meant to be balanced by the prevalence of Elective Factions. Though, if you have any more specific feedback, please post it in the suggestions forum and we'll read it!
