2.5.1 Infamy accumulates after wars; Doesn't add to total

The hover over shows the percentages and the decay for Infamy, but does not actually apply it to rulers. I believe this should be a high priority.

Nevermind, the decay is WAD.

The tooltip shows the most recent sources of gained Infamy. These remain even when the decay has removed all of your current Infamy back to 0%.

It goes down that quickly? Thanks for the reply; however, it would be nice to have it a liiittle more persistent.
