Reproduceability:

1. Load save: http://www.filedropper.com/carcassonne11130328-copy
2. Intrigue tab -> demand installation of claimant
3. Wait for the war to start
4. War is instantly over -> no valid casus belli
5. Rinse and repeat

No idea why it happens, but the war to install my wife as duchess of Toulouse instantly ends when I try to press the claim. Might have something to do with a revolt against the highest tier liege (k_france).

I believe that you're not supposed to be able to launch faction revolts against your liege if they are part of a faction revolt themselves, although this should be reflected in the decision itself. I'll file a report. Thank you!
