[2.5.1. Conclave] Unending war

Iron man game so can't verify but seems there is a war going on between West Francia and some rebels that cannot end.

How it happened:
- Rebels rose against Middle Francia demainding more council power.
- While the war was still going, West Francia inherited Middle Francia, also inheriting the war.
- Now West Francia is sitting on 100% warscore after 2-3 years and seems they can't end the war.

I can't upload the save ans I keep getting "There was a problem uploading your file. "error msg when trying to do so without any further explanation.

Any file sharing site is fine for uploading to Google drive, drop box, whatever.

Although it is likely that the rebels have something occupied by a third party. In which case they need to recover that before the war can be ended. If it isn't that than definitely share the savegame for QA to look at.
