[2.5.1 Conclave] Potential bug : latest succession laws available too early ?

Hello all !

I may have found a bug with the succession laws.

As you can see on this screenshot, I am not a viceroyalty, nor am I under "Late" or "Imperial" administrative law, and yet I am able to enact the latest succession laws, that should not be available to me at this point (look at the date !)

What is the strangest is that the "One of these must be true" proposition is checked as fulfilled, while none of its conditions are...

Is it WAD ?

The tooltip is a little unclear, but yes this is WAD, you are allowed to change the laws.

The law is currently available to all characters of count and duke tier without needing the laws. While currently WAD, we'll probably look into changing it in a future patch.
