[2.5.1 Conclave] Issue with changing to latest succession laws ?

Hello all,

As a King, I'm trying to switch my succession law to primogeniture. I've enacted the "late" administration law to enable primogeniture.
Still, the tooltip for primogeniture demands that I have High or Absolutre Crown authority.

But I was under the impression that Crown authority doesn't exist anymore... Indeed when I look at the tooltip for other succession laws, all the Crown Authorities (including the lowest) are checked as not fulfilled (red cross for all the crown authority requirements). Thus I'm unable to change my succession law.

Is it WAD, or is it a bug ? If it's a bug, I hope it gets fixed soon, because it is quite game breaking...

I tried to change a bunch of other laws, including Crown laws, thinking that maybe it would be considered by the game as crown authority somehow, but it doesn't change anything.

Ok the "One of these" refers to either you have CA or Administration. Since that one is green you have access to change the law, once all the other requirements are also met obviously.

Oh... I'm so dumb. Of course the "One of these must be true" refers to the 3 propositions below (viceroyalty, administration or CA) and not just Viceroyalty and Administration.
For some reason, I thought that the CA was a separate, additional requirement.

So the only thing barring me from enacting the law were the other requirements...
