[2.5.1] Can't press a fabricated claim on a tributary

Hi guys. I fabricated a claim on a tributary state, wanted to declare war but couldn't.
I don't think this is intended as the tooltip says I have no valid cb which is false I'd say (unless you can't press fabricated claims against tributaries.





I can also provide a save if needed.

Ah yes, you are not allowed to attack your own tributaries. That is WAD.

I see. Thanks for clarifying that. I thought that was strange anyway.
Maybe you should add a tooltip that states that you cannot attack your own tributaries, as you could normally attack allies.
