In my game I was playing as a five-year-old king recently come to the throne who has a one-year-old brother. The king has the thrift focus and the brother has none. The educator of both is their mother, who is of a different culture and is also the regent. By right-clicking on the brother it is possible to take the action "Ask Permission for Heritage Focus". The description says "Send a letter to King [self] asking for permission to change the focus for the upbringing of [brother]".

As I understand it this action is to allow children to change culture/religion via education, but it doesn't seem right that you should be sending a letter to yourself. I think this action is supposed to be used when educating someone else's child but something's not right.
