[2.5.1] Anti-Pope lasting one day

Twice, I have experienced that the Holy Roman Emperror have set up a local bishop of him to become Anti-Pope. And both times this anti-pope have turned down his "office" the very next day.
There was only some months between these incidents - I guess it is a bug of some sort?

It is from a game I started out in 1220. No mods.
