I was playing as Ramon-Berenguer, Duke of Barcelona in 1066 and started with an alliance with Robert the Old, Duke of Burgundy. I secured an alliance with King Phillippe a few years later in the middle of a war against the Hudid Emirate. The moment I did so, Robert the Old's troops no longer were able to make any contribution to battles or sieges, resulting in my defeat as 2000 troops were no longer factored in sieges or battles. A look at the war screen still showed Robert as a participant, and the Pacts tab still showed him as an ally.

Is this WAD?
