Hello, all the flags are black, and the units when I raise levies etc.. do not show instead it just turns into a big black line and if zoomed in it all goes black?

I have all the DLCs except conclave, This happens with or without mods.

To fix the black flags:
Go to your "Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings II" folder and delete the GFX folder. Starting the game should then generate new flags.

I'm not sure about your second issue. If you delete the GFX folder, is it still there?
