2.5.1.1 (XKJY) Mercenary Princess ends game

I got the Mercenary Princess event where my daughter runs off to start her own mercenary company, and them I get a game over. No idea why. Also my score rapidly increases after the game over until it is over 1 million and then rolls over to a negative.
I have a save file. It happened twice but the third time she didn't start the company so I continued on.

She's tried to start the company many times in her life and I tried to marry her off but she kept killing all her husbands. Eventually I had to imprison her so she wouldn't end my game anymore.

Just had this happen, I had to just lol. Looking at the event file it looks like there's a break command when she turns warrior queen, though I'm not sure if that causes it. Also looks like there's no way to make your disobedient daughter happy, she's just a mini satan spawn, destroying everything. Funny it has it's own dedicated events file yet completely borks the game.

Could anyone of you who are having this issue please post a savegame where you have a disobedient daughter that causes you to game over? I just tested the event but couldn't get it to actually game over me - this leads me to believe that you might have a specific setup that causes this. It'd be very interesting to analyse what's happening.

Oh no, already deleted mine in frustration. Was playing "ironman" Zoro female duke*, elective succession (rogue daughter not designated heir), if that helps! Hopefully someone still has their save game.


*Ironman on for convenient saves, but not eligible for achievements because playing custom ruler.

A save would still be really helpful, if anyone else has one!

Though, any more info would be appreciated, were you independent? Were you in a war? Had you created a mercenary band? Anything helps!

I have two files. One that's about two months before it happens and and another that is when the event has already triggered. Although it triggered like clockwork before, now it doesn't seem to happen if I just let it run. Ending the war seems to allow it to happen this time but I don't know if I did that the first time.
If you open the chronicle the score with rapidly increase.
I didn't have a mercenary company, and was independent. I have every game-play changing DLC active. I think the only DLC I don't have is viking metal. This was happening before and after the latest patch.

Perfect! I was able to reproduce the issue from your save - oddly enough it doesn't happen when forcing the event to happen, only when triggered from the monthly tick. In any case, with this we'll be able to fix the underlying issue. Thank you!
