My council has been content for years (and I have not abolished their voting rights), and yet this major faction against me was formed with my Marshal and Grand Vizier! To make matters worse, I can't seem to get rid of it, even with those high opinions. Even worse, after the end of the revolt (due to my efforts to increase his opinion over 80), he switched to Loyalist and was willing to VOTE TO ABOLISH THE COUNCIL POWER while simultaneously remaining on a faction to INCREASE COUNCIL POWER.

Nevermind, I just realized that they're doing it because I got rid of the war declaration council law. Not a bug.

I could have sworn it wasn't like that before, but I guess I was wrong. Unfortunate nonetheless that an 88 opinion vassal remains in a faction.
