I have a case where if I assign a female cathar heir as commander, she only partially receives the commander spot.
1. She does not take up a commander slot (bug)
2. She is not able to lead armies (bug)
3. She does have option to be relieved as commander.
4. She does have the option to revoke honorary title - commander
5. She does have opinion +10 commander
6. She is not in eligible commander list while assigned
It appears to be somewhat selective, other females work fine as commanders, as does the males.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch attached savegame.
2. Assign heir (Berchte von Habsburg) as commander.
I'm using all dlcs & unit packs, no mods.

Workaround fix:
Assigned the character in question as a mercenary captain to force her to leave to court, and then dissolved the band. This fixed the bug.
