[2.41] Cannot Revoke a Direct Vassal's Title

Playing as Khazaria, I subjugated Kiev (which had a revolt going on at the time) and later revoked Kiev. That left me with two counts, one I was able to then revoke as normal, but the other will not let me. He is now my direct vassal, but it says he is not when I hover over the Revoke Title button. I also cannot pillage this particular count, even though I able to do so with the other.

There's no truces or any other factors I can see, so this appears to be a bug.

This issue sounds unfamiliar, could you provide a link to the savegame where this occurs?

Upon reload it fixed itself, but I'll upload a save regardless. The count in question was the Count of Novgorod Seversky. I did just notice though that Dyre the Stranger, currently imprisoned by me is wearing Catholic priest's robes, so it might be worth looking at.
