I figured this error was at first just a fault with the CK2plus mod's implementation of Tengriism, but it seems to be a significantly worse problem as it extends to Vanilla as well. Upon clicking on the "religion" tab in-game, the game crashes without giving an error.

As well; here are my system specifications and my operating system. I am running Windows 10 Professional, but the TH2 Technical Preview (build 10547) as I am a Microsoft Insider. I figure I might as well report this just so it becomes apparent what the issue is, perhaps?
