[2.4.5] third temple never completes...

I just enacted the decision to restore the third temple. The text said it would take about 4 years. In this period my ruler died. Now it is more than 8 years and the temple is still not built. Now I cannot get my Jewish head of religion and can therefore not do great holy wars. This is iron man btw.....

googling shows that this bug has been around for 12 months already....

I hope this bug can be fixed... Is there a way I can I know if the bug report is read and compiled into a list somewhere?
