As you can see I changed my empire laws to primogeniture. However the game still shows that some of the titles will be lost on succession. How could this be possible?

I believe that the Kingdoms of Noregr and Pomerania don't have the same succession laws that you do. Since the lower titles are bound to those kingdoms, and not the empire, the kingdom laws apply. Try mousing over your kingdom title icons to see what laws they have.

Hmm. At the time of changing the succession law I was the king at these two kingdoms. My decision to change the law in the empire is not automatically applied to lower tiers?
