I just had the Shia Uprising event fire, but their doomstack is just wandering back and forth between 3 provinces and not actually doing anything. I think it might be because the uprising is for Persia, but they spawned in Mesopotamia. I didn't actually see them spawn, so I can't say for certain, but that's where they're stuck now.
