Playing as a nomad emperor.
Having all major DLC-s installed except Sunset Invasion
My income breakdown was working fine for like 200 years, but now it's missing the "Vassal tax" "Church tax", etc. categories, it only shows "Demesne", "Nomad tax" and "Trade income".

However, if I check the list of my vassals, it does show the amount they are paying to me.

I noticed that I had a county where the barony and church were still held by me, but the county capital was held by somebody else. This was a county I had conquered and then granted to one of my courtiers, but had neglected to pass the lower titles as well. As soon as I corrected this and reassigned the lower titles to him, my finances corrected themselves and I began getting taxes from cities and temples again.

Perhaps the bug is related to this?

A new thought. On another thread, I was asking why my vassal income was so much lower than expected. Some helpful folks pointed out that if you have more holdings than your demesne limit, you gain a penalty to vassal tax. In the case of nomads, the holding limit is 1, so any baronies held beyond your tribal lands cause a penalty in vassal income.

In the case we are discussing here, we have so many holdings that our vassal tax is effectively zero. Therefore, vassals aren't even included on the income sheet. If you ditch some of those baronies you are holding, you should see your vassal tax in your finances again.

This is not a bug; it's expected functionality. It looks like a big though because there are no tooltips explaining the penalty and, as a nomad, your holding count is not displayed. Paradox, please give us more tooltips!
