Playing as a Tengri Nomad, I built a Temple holding in a province (Syr Darya) that contained a Tengri holy site. I correctly received control of the holy site for the purposes of reforming the Tengri faith. However, upon save/quit/reload of the game, the Religion panel no longer shows a green mark to say the province has a temple holding. The temple holding is still clearly in the province, however.
DLCs enabled: Horse Lords, Way of Life, Charlemagne, Rajas of India, Sons of Abraham, EUIV Converter, Dynasty Shields 3, Celtic Portraits, The Old Gods, Norse Portraits, The Republic, Sunset Invasion, Legacy of Rome, African Portraits, Sword of Islam, Ruler Designer, Songs of the Holy Land, Songs of Faith, Songs of Albion, Dynasty Shields 1, Mongol Faces.

Reproduction Steps:
1. As a Tengri Nomad, capture a province with a holy site.
2. Build a temple holding.
3. Save and quit the game
4. Reload the game
I tried to upload a copy of the save file, but the forum is throwing an error when I try to upload the .zip.
