Restore Ecumenical patriarchate to Constantinople gives the new Patriarch the county of Constantinople, the barony of Constantinople and Bishopric to the Patriarch and makes him independent from the Byzantine Empire. He won't accept vassalization from same culture de jure liege because he is king. I don't think these are intended. At least it feels wrong.
