2.4.4 [FUYZ] Patrician sons who take vows can still marry through event

As per title. This leads to weird situations where I cannot arrange for monks to be married, but they can still go and find their own wives anyway.

The events I've encountered so far for this on top of my head are the "Fall for tavern/bar wench" and "peasant girl who is quite a looker". Wordings are not exact but something along those lines.

There are also events where feudal sons who have taken the vows will ask for titles. If you give them a title, they are no longer monks and will marry. It has to do with the event triggers not omitting characters with certain traits.
