2.4.4 FUYZ Civil War army spawn

I'm playing as the Byzantine Emperor and I was in the middle of a civil war. An event popped up that said something about adventurers flocking to the capital because of the civil war. They spawned on the capital apparently as troops for me. However, they spawned on top of an enemy and were destroyed. Also, their name is weird because it says "Byzantine Byzantine Company".

These events are random, so this certainly can happen. It's not as bad as when mercenary companies lend you their services due to their previous patron running out of gold, as it always seems to happen when they are stacked with a much larger force that is your enemy, resulting in nothing but a loss of warscore and prestige for you. Such fun!
