When i rope/lasso/mark several armies (with left mouse), the tooltip for "Disband all" says only:
"--- shortcut: x".
So no mention of "Disband" or "Dismiss" in the tooltip
It shows correctly as long as only one army is marked/selected.
No mods.
DLCs should be irrelevant in this case.
