Since 8/16/2015 I haven't been able to arrange marriages for any of my court. I can take new concubines. I cannot even fulfill previously arranged betrothals. When I click on the rings icon, there are no available suitors and when I do a search person and arrange marriage, there are no people available.
DLCs are Legacy of Rome, Norse Unit Pack, The Old Gods, and The Republic.
I am using no mods.
I'm running ironman mode with the saves on steam cloud and I'm not sure how to upload the game file. I'll be happy to do so if instructed how.
I've been playing pretty much daily for the last month or so, and yesterday is the first time I've seen this issue. My court is large, but only about 150, well under the 200 limit that I think exists.
