[2.4.3] [WIUP] My commander killed in battle by my troops

One of my commanders has been killed by my own troops in battle against rebels.
He has died because of the event that "In the chaos of battle your men surrounding x ..."
He was the leader of the central flank.

I have all the major DLC.
The game is in Ironman mode without mods.

Yes, it's really annoying ... Moments ago another autokill.
At this rate I'll be without trained commanders. :/
