I think this has been around since the base 2.4 patch.

Married women never satisfy the "must not be married clause" (duh).

This clause seems redundant and unnecessary since the lesser union clause should already correct for any invitation shenanigans the human player has in mind.

This is annoying me since I can't get my female family member back after their landed husband got themselves deposed.

Looks like its WAD & exploit killing. It stops you repeatedly inviting her to invite him by proxy (which is what the final clause kills for non-matrilinal marriages).

Remember the only reason she left your court in the first place is because her husband became landed.

How is this an exploit? It's a mat marriage, which means the guy came to my court. The whole "exploit" was sending out normal marriages and then getting the guy to come to your court by inviting the wife you married out.

In this particular case, the guy had his claim pressed by faction (which won) and then he immediately got faction deposed afterwards.
