When called into war by an ally and accepting, the "call to arms" alert button appears at the top of the screen. Selecting it cycles through all current allies, but a meaningless dialog with no "OK" button appears for each ally stating (quite obviously) that there are no wars to which you can call allies. So why show the alert?

BUG: the alert should not be appearing in this situation since there is no mechanic for calling allies to war when it is not your war.
