2.4.3 MEZR - Prepared Invasion event brings the same courtier multiple times

I'm not sure if this is a bug or just really unlikely, but while playing as Harald Fairhair and preparing an invasion of Asturias I was repeatedly given the same random event military courtier. It fired four times in a row and while I'm not complaining about having lots of really great commanders to toss about, it's a little annoying to have four nobles with the same name and same dynasty.

I don't think its a bug but CK2 seems to have a problem of chosing the names of random characters from the start of the culture name list. I have seen so much random characters whose names start with A or B that its not even funny. I think they should check the random seed that selects the name as I don't think it really does it totally randomly.
