Getting black flags with ironman save and new game start. Looks like about half of dynasties are getting them.

Update, I own all three dynasty shield DLC and Verified the game cache.
Some area's are unaffected like the British Isles, Spain and North Africa upto India

Today i installed the ironman compatible mods Novus Graphicus + the transparent political mapmode by inheaven to see how it would look like and started up the game. To my surprise the black flags were gone. This made me start the game without the(any) mods to check and lo and behold no black flags. I had not start the game before installing the mods today, so i can not verify if the problem persisted to this day.

The black flag bug happens sometimes just becaue the flagcache file is not updated between patches. The fix for it has always been to delete the gfx folder in My Documents -> Paradox Interactive -> Crusader Kings II. The relaunching the game so it creates the files again. There was some reports of this not working but there was no confirmation they deleted the right folder as there is also gfx folder in the games install folder.
