With the horse lords update a few listboxes got turned into smoothlistboxes, notably the reorganize unit panel, and the new minor title panel. Anyways if your game is running really laggy, like my current ironman where I am trying to break ck2 by holding all the titles in my personal demense (which seems to cause lag for some reason, but w/e im playing the game a way its not meant to be played), the smoothlistboxtype lists will start acting weird. To elaborate, the list items, which normally move a small amount when you hover over them, will vibrate off of the dialog when you hover over them, and if you cause the list to rearrange (like if you take one regiment and move it, thus making the regiments previously below it move up), the list items will all collapse on-top of the first item in the list.

Some screens to demonstrate:
List items mid-vibration, a second or two later and the items will no longer be in the dialog window:

A list collapsed on itself (theres about 4 retinues and 3 flanks of demense troops in there):

I know I probably only ran into this issue because of the huge amount of extra lag I have for playing the game in a way it is not meant to be played (its not just laggy in these dialogs, but in everything), but I imagine there might be other ways to create enough lag for this to happen and that this could *theoretically* happen in other normal situations if there is enough lag, so I figured I would report this anomalous behavior of the listboxes.

If you want to recreate this, they start acting up somewhere around 350 demense size, and definitely by 600 demense size, on my computer, which is a little above the minimum specs for ck2. More list items (regiments for example) seem to exasperate the problem.
