Not totally sure if this is WaI or not, but I noticed that when a Holy Order gets a castle from their events, the ruler of the county they are in likes to declare war on them with the tributary CB, and they cannot realistically fight back, thanks to the block on HO troops fighting other Christians. This is blocking them from being able to help defend against a Jihad elsewhere.
