There is an issue with the display of the Khagans/Khans coats of arms when looking at their flags on the map, for those using shield shaped CoA they keep the shield shape with a black backround behind them, not fully fitting the circle.
When you look the ruler window however their CoA is properly zoomed to fit a circle, I have attached a screenshot showing the issue.
