Playing Robert Capet (the youngest, starting in liege) in CM start I managed to become king of Aquitaine after CM died. CM's last son was king of Middle Francia and Aquitaine ; I took the Aquitaine Throne via a faction demand ; I had 400% of his troops.

The problem is that I can't raise my dukes' vassal levies (except for one duke) as you may see on the following picture.

The crown authority is low.
The difference between the dukes I can't raise from and the one I can raise from is that I gave the duke title myself to the latter, whereas the other dukes were dukes before I became king.

Is that a bug or something I don't understand?
