EDIT3: After further testing just seem like a lot of false positive on my part, game actually still loading, after all, while giving crash notice, loading screen freezing. I became able to notice later, due to as time progressed my loading time was getting shorter, likely to Windows caching the files, as I was loading them so often.
But might still be worth to look at, as minor fix, as it might seem abnormally long time to where the game seem to stop answering on some system, on the first load.

Doing test right now to find all the condition that cause a crash, So gonna edit the OP, as I find them and make a list.
List of thing causing crash
- 100% crash rate on switching desktop, during the start up loading screen, while in borderless window.
- 100% crash rate on opening Windows start menu during the start up loading screen while in borderless window.
- 100% crash rate on opening Xbox app from the game bar (xbox overlay), during the start up loading screen while in borderless. It cause the task bar to pop up, so likely related to previous crash.
- 100% crash rate on pressing left mouse button, during the start up loading screen, while in borderless window, if not interacting with overlay element, before the in-game cursor are loaded, after they are loaded the crash seem fully recoverable if you wait.
List of thing not causing crash
- Taking screenshot using the Xbox screenshot capture, during the start up loading screen while in borderless window.
-Opening the game bar (xbox overlay), moving it around, opening and closing setting and taking screenshot by pressing the screenshot button, during the start up loading screen, while in borderless window
List of thing not working
- Game bar and box feature as a whole, while in full screen.
Thing that look like it stopped responding, but actually still working
- Doing anything that would crash the borderless window mode while in windowed mode.
Thing I cannot test
- Recording video using the Xbox DVR capture, my video card is too old to support this Windows 10 feature.
P.S. Not that I want to use the xbox overlay feature, just testing them to be thorough.
EDIT: If you can edit the title, do it please, I think "[2.4.2] Windows 10 related crash and other problem" is starting to become more fitting.
EDIT2: full screen changed to borderless windows, sorry hadn't got to the option menu yet, so thought it defaulted to full screen.
