I have only the Republic and the Old Gods DLC, so I don't even know where that name is specifying, until I click on the icon and it directed me to India........
But the easternmost province held by a catholic is some county in the Kingdom of Jerusalem (as in the screenshot). This is the first time something like this happens to me so I'm not sure whether it's a common problem.
